This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br />San Joaquin County Ordinance #549. A percolation test and a minimum <br />sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval. A <br />permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br />2. The existing wells on Parcel #6 must be destroyed under permit and inspection <br />of the Local Health District. <br />3. An "Improvement Plan" is required to be approved prior to the recording of <br />the final map and shall include the following: <br />a. Location of sewage disposal area on each parcel. <br />b. Location of well site on each parcel. <br />c.
