N <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />SU -87-6 <br />JIMMIE WINCHELL <br />Department of Public Works: <br />a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br />Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br />San Joaquin. <br />b. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved <br />by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br />prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />c. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br />to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br />execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin which <br />insures the completion of improvements within one (1) year <br />after filing the Final Map. <br />d. White Lane shall be improved to half of the 50 -foot right- <br />of-way farm and estate public road standards. <br />e. Garnica Court shall be dedicated and improved to the <br />50 -foot right-of-way farm and estate public road stan- <br />dards. A 10 -foot roadway dedication is required on White <br />Lane along frontage of the property. <br />f. Storm drainage shall be contained on each lot. Lot <br />grading and storm drainage improvements shall be part of <br />the improvement plans. <br />g. On-site drainage basins for each lot shall conform to <br />current County standards. Drainage calculation and <br />geotechnical data shall be provided to justify the pro- <br />posed system. <br />h. A preliminary Soil Report shall be required. <br />i. Public utility easements shall be required by Pacific Gas <br />and Electric Company and all other public utilities. <br />Underground utilities are required. <br />2. San Joaquin Local Health District: <br />a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br />Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance #549. A per- <br />colation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br />required for Local Health District approval. A permit for <br />the percolation test from the Local Health District is <br />required. <br />b. The existing wells on Parcel 6 must be destroyed under <br />permit and inspection of the Local Health District. <br />Conditions of Approval - 1 - SU -87-6 <br />
