c. An Improvement Plan is required to be approved prior to <br />the recording of the Final Map and shall include the <br />following: <br />(1) Location of sewage disposal area on each parcel. <br />(2) Location of well site on each parcel. <br />(3) Location of all existing septic systems and wells <br />within 150 feet of the proposed subdivision. <br />3. Building Inspection Division: <br />a. A grading permit will be required for the excavating or <br />filling of earch material. <br />b. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Building <br />Inspection Division and shall contain the information <br />listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section. <br />7006(1). <br />c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br />and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br />details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br />porated in the grading plans. <br />f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />Conditions of Approval - 2 - SU -87-6 <br />
