F. Project Management <br />The Consultant will be totally responsible for Project Management of <br />this Section 205 (j) Clean Water Grant Planning Study. It will be his <br />responsibility to meet the following commitments as stated in the <br />contract's Final Work Plan: <br />Time Schedule <br />° Work Budget <br />Workshops, Public Hearings, reviews and comments by interested <br />persons and agencies <br />° Quality of Work <br />To achieve the above goals the Consultant will file written monthly <br />progress reports with the contracting and grant agencies. Further he <br />will meet quarterly with the above and other interested parties to discuss <br />the work porgress. <br />A sample agenda is provided below to offer an understanding of what <br />the meetings wil cover. <br />Sample Agenda , <br />Quarterly Meetings <br />Santos Ranch Development <br />Section 205 (j) Clean Water Act <br />20 August 1984 <br />1. Engineers Progress Report to date. <br />2. Budget Report of work to date, estimate of remaining work and <br />budget needs to complete work. <br />3. Comment from Contracting Agencies. <br />4. Other comments from interested agencies or parties. <br />5. Outline of work to be completed during the next four months. <br />f,. Suggestions for project improvements. <br />7.
