These items should be noted in the "Notes" section at the end of this checklist and reported to the SPCC Coordinator for <br /> appropriate follow up actions. This inspection sheet shall be maintained under usual business record keeping practices within the <br /> designated SPCC Appendix for a time period of no less than three years. Has the container foundation been damaged by vegetation or roots? <br /> Container Exterior Condition <br /> ,X 6. Is the foundation free of cracks? <br /> 7.
