005-090-13 Roy White, 3810 East Barron Road
Original septic system is 31 years old
No problems with leach area
Depth to ground water is 92 f feet
005-090-16 V. & G. Harrison
26854 North Nichols Road
Septic system is 30t years old
Tank was pumped three times in that time
Depth to ground water is unknown
GROUND WATER
From the San Joaquin- County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District Study we find that the ground
water depth is approximately 90 feet and that the
gradient falls easterly at approximately 8 feet per
mile. See Exhibits 2 and 3 .
F.G.L. Environmental analyzed the well water for DBCPs
and nitrates February, 1996 . The results of those
tests are enclosed as Exhibits 5A through 5F.
SOILS
Per the "Soils of San Joaquin County" , as published by
the University of California, the soil is San Joaquin
Loam.
PERCOLATION TESTS
A deep percolation test was performed on Parcel 1 in
October of 1993 . The results of that test are included
as Exhibit 4A through 4E.
In April of 1996 this firm performed percolation tests
on the remaining parcels. Only the test on Parcel 4
passed (See Exhibit 6) . The shallow tests on Parcels 2
and 3 failed. Due to the poor qualities of the
surrounding soil, Parcel 4 is considered to have failed
the shallow percolation as did the other parcels.
In May the client hired Anderson and Associates to run
deep percolation tests . The results of those tests are
included as Exhibits 7A through 7
