CONCLUSION
Standard leach fields will not be adequate in this
area, and it is recommended that leach lines terminate
in seepage pits . A minimum of two pits are
recommended.
Based upon the percolation test and interviews , it is
my professional opinion that a septic system will not
adversely effect the first water aquifer.
LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the
information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, and on the site conditions as
they existed at the time we performed the percolation
test. It was assumed that the test hole and
percolation test results are representative of an
average of the subsurface conditions in the general
area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings
obtained, and our conclusions proposed, in accordance
with generally accepted engineering principles and
practices . Test finding
and statements of professional opinion do not
constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or
implied.
Sincerely,
BAUMBACH & PIAZZA, INC.
TP ' A, oretary Treasurer Dated
ivil Engineer No . 19638
17
TTf OF 41
h'n
