ii) A minimum of forty (40) parking spaces shall be provided, including two (2) <br /> accessible spaces, one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (Maximum number of marketing event attendants is 120. One (1) space is <br /> required per three (3) attendants) <br /> iii) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> iv) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> h) LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> i) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> i) Access driveways and parking aisles shall have a width of no less than twenty- <br /> five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except <br /> that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less <br /> than twenty (20)feet wide. <br /> j) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> ii) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> k) UNIFORM FIRE CODE (Staff Contact: Steve Dalton, 468-2229) <br /> i) The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit. <br /> ii) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by NFPA 1231 <br /> of the National Fire Code. <br /> iii) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of <br /> the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br />
