Policies and SUBJECT PACE <br /> Procedures Stockton Hazardous Work Policy 6 of 15 <br /> b. A condition that is not allowed under the work permit arises in or near the <br /> work area. <br /> C. A condition arises that was not considered or planned for during the <br /> planning meeting <br /> 9. Any problems encountered during the work will be noted on the pertinent permit <br /> so that appropriate revisions to the permit program can be made. <br /> 10. Upon completion of the work the operating area supervisor shall "close out" the <br /> permit. This is done by inspecting the area and the job for completeness, <br /> confirming all conditions are safe, signing the permit in the appropriate place, and <br /> marking the time in the appropriate place. <br /> 11. The "closed out" permit will be returned to the Maintenance planner/scheduler's <br /> office by the worker(s) and will be maintained as a record of the job, for a period <br /> of one year thereafter. The permits will be reviewed for completeness and any <br /> identified discrepancies investigated. Review of completed permit will be done at <br /> the morning operations meeting on the workday following the closure of the <br /> permit. Feedback shall be provided to communicate discrepancies to employees. <br /> IV.
