2.0 PROCEDURES FOR SPILL RESPONSE: <br /> All spill response and containment procedures must only be performed if a determination is <br /> i <br /> made that response can be performed in a safe manner without injury to responders and/or <br /> lj <br /> others in the vicinity. <br /> i <br /> �i <br /> The following procedures are the initial response efforts that should be followed when a spill <br /> ii <br /> of any hazardous material is discovered. These initial response efforts will be implemented <br /> immediately upon discovery, as well as to limit liability and cleanup casts: <br /> :o <br /> 1. Call 9111 as needed (fire, injury). <br /> Notify the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, accountable for spill prevention of <br /> the spill or release, as possible.
