The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DINO MART as of April 21, 2022. <br /> Open violations from August 24, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: Two 55 gallon blue steel drums of petroleum mix with water and contaminated solids was observed in the <br /> dumpster area with no hazardous property, physical state and accumulation start date listed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
