Corrected on site. <br />The kitchen and meat department front counter hand sink paper towel dispensers were empty. Provide approved thawing method such as part of the cooking process with adequate heat or under refrigeration. <br />Correct immediately. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity <br />to flush loose particles in microwave oven during the cooking process. Remove items from facility and provide <br />approved methods of pest control for commercial food facility.
