Harney Lane, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submission of three(3) sets food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to the beginning construction. <br /> (California Health& Safety Code 27550) <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); <br /> California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> 4. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer(San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 5. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region,prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
