These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 2. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code. Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> 3. A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements of the Environmental <br /> Health Division and the Department of Public Works. The water system shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1120.2) <br /> 4. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s) <br /> (California Code of Regulation. Title 17, Section 7603.) <br /> 5.
