FREMONT ST. (APNs 143-220-15, 07, 08) <br /> In response to your letter dated September 10, 2020, copy attached, City staff from the <br /> Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br /> request for sanitary sewer and storm sewer service to the subject property, which is <br /> located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community <br /> Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in <br /> Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is <br /> provided as result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br /> the City of Stockton's General Plan. The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility <br /> Service Agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City, <br /> Municipal Utilities Department— Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is within the City's Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 4 and is <br /> not connected to the City sewer, The point of connection is the existing maintenance <br /> hole in Fremont Street. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department— Storm Sewer <br /> Although the subject parcel is not within the City of Stockton's Storm Sewer Service <br /> Area, it is within two hundred feet from a City stormwater facility. A Special agreement <br /> may be arranged between the City of Stockton and the property owners to grant access <br /> to the City's stormwater system pursuant to the City's current Stormwater Management <br /> Plan and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit.
