(APNs 143-220-15107, 08) <br /> Municipal Utilities Department—Water Service <br /> The subject parcel is not within the City's water system. Please contact the California <br /> Water Service Company at(209) 547-7900 for information regarding water service. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br /> Other Comments <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and <br /> extension of all sewer mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City <br /> standards, including permit acquisition. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities and work within City streets requires an <br /> encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the <br /> street right-of-way will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General <br /> Plan Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master <br /> planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer and storm <br /> sewer services to the subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before <br /> connection to City utilities is allowed. <br />
