COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES THE SAUSAGE STINKS AND TASTES <br /> RANCID. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Walk-in Cooler--41.00°F Atosa 2-door Prep Cooler--41.00°F <br /> 1-door Cooler--34.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint investigation: Met with shift manager and discussed complaint. Facility was unaware of the complaint. <br /> Observations: The ranch cups are stored in a cooler and are held at 34 F.The cups are filled and restocked according to the <br /> First-In First-Out(FIFO)method and are sold-out often. They are always rotated using the FIFO method per shift manager. <br /> The Fontanini sausage is stored in the walk-in cooler and in the Atosa 2-door prep cooler at 41 F. No odor was detected from <br /> the sausage. Food handling employees were witnessed frequently washing their hands and are current with their food handler <br /> certification.
