<br />Observed dust build up on bar 3 dr Turbo Air fan covers. Clean today and maintain clean.
<br />The kitchen hand sink hot water had a weak flow and kept shutting off when handle was in on position. Repair and provide
<br />adequate flow within 3 days.
<br />Observed debris on exhaust hood. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean.

<br />Observed wiping cloths stored on counter in kitchen. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket with at least 100 ppm chlorine
<br />between uses. Correct today.
