<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed leaking from cold water from the left 3 comp sink faucet. Repair leaking within 3 days.
<br /> The door for the 1 dr Imperial freezer did not close and there was excessive ice build up on top, shelves, and bottom of unit.
<br /> Clean unit within 1 week and repair door so that is closes properly if needed.
<br /> The sanitizer dispenser at the 3 comp sink was in disrepair and currently employees were manually mixing sanitizing
<br /> solution. Repair dispenser within 1 week.
<br /> Observed wood pallets in walk-in. Paint wood or provide cleanable storage equipment within 1 week.
<br /> Observed debris on exhaust hood and ceiling vents. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean.
