COMPLAINANT HAS <br /> PICTURES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:3 food handler cards are expired. Renew food handler cards in 30 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties. (113947)Food facilities that prepare,handle or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food,shall have an <br /> employee who has passed an approved food safety certification examination. (113947-113947.1)Any food handler hired after June 1, <br /> 2011 shall obtain a Food Handler Card within 30 days(113948). <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per person in charge, she is aware of the complaint.As per complainant request, complaint is escalated to corporate <br /> office. No reported illness by employees. No employees working for other food facilities, day care or health care facilities. Staff <br /> consuming food eaten by complainant. No out of the country traveling by employees.As per person in charge,the Boneless <br /> Buffalo Chicken Wings is received uncooked and frozen to be stored in the walk in freezer with temp at 1 OF. Some of the <br /> frozen food is stored at the 1 D freezer( 1 OF)by the fryer station (cook to order). Frozen Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings to <br /> be fried at 35OF for 6.5 minutes. Manager fried a piece of the frozen chicken and I checked the temp after frying, it was at <br /> 200F. I cut the piece in small pieces to check if there is any raw meat parts.All pieces are fully cooked. No source of potential <br /> contamination at the walk in freezer or at the 1 D freezer where the frozen food is stored.All hand wash stations have hot <br /> water at 100F or more and fully supplied with soap and paper towels and accessible to all employees. I observed employees <br /> washing hands between tasks during my inspection.All sanitizer buckets in all stations, are set with Smartpower sanitizer at <br /> the acceptable concentration recommended by the manufacturer. and strips are available on site to check the sanitizing <br /> solution concentration. Dish washer has 50 ppm chlorine with strips available. Accurate probe thermometer is available on <br /> site. Chemicals are stored away from the food prep area and away from the clean utensils storage area.
