Obsolete federal <br />hazard categories were found on the chemical fact sheet. Use an updated Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to put the <br />correct federal hazard categories. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. The site map says it is <br />stored at the facility. a site map is required to be uploaded in the site map section. The site map is currently in the <br />miscellaneous state documents files.
