Clean within 1 week and clean routinely. <br /> Observed damage lid for large white container in bakery. Replace lid within 1 week. <br /> Observed wood pallets used for storage in walk-in cooler and pantry room. Observed wood shelves in walk-in cooler. Paint <br /> wood to provide a cleanable surface. Correct within 1 week. <br /> Per owner the walk-in condensation pump has not been fixed yet, observed bucket will with water under pump and spillage <br /> on floor. Repair leaking within 2 weeks and keep area clean. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Provide working lights within 1 week. <br /> The ceiling exhaust fan in the restroom was removed. Provide ventilation to outside air within 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by <br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation <br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft,or a <br /> light-switch activated exhaust fan,consistent with local building codes.
