41 . This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot, a soil profile <br /> on every third lot, and minimum, sewage disposal area as- <br /> determined <br /> sdetermined by these tests is to be set aside for each lot <br /> for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division <br /> if required. <br /> 42 . This tentative division of land must meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 if used <br /> for residential development . <br /> 43 . The following notion is to be recorded on the final map. <br /> "The location of the required square foot sewage <br /> disposal field and the domestic well is to be approved by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of the <br /> approval of the plot plan and shall meet the requirements of <br /> County Ordinance No. 549 and 1862 . " <br /> 44 . The Environmental Health Division has no conditions for the <br /> proposed division of land . <br /> STANDARD KENNEL CONDITIONS : <br /> 45 . Submit three ( 3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans <br /> to the Environmental Health Division for review prior to <br /> construction . The Environmental Health Division has <br /> specific requirements for kennel construction . <br /> 46 . Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 47 . A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system <br /> meeting the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Division shall be available for washing food preparation <br /> equipment , bathing of animals , as well as washing down <br /> shelters and pens or dog runs . <br /> OIL OR CAS DRTLLING CONDITIONS : <br /> 48 . Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees . <br /> 49 . Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees . <br /> 50 . All unused or abandoned holes shall be filled with bentonite <br /> or other approved grout material as specified in Sari Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance 1862 and the surface left in its original <br /> condition. <br />
