41 . This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . Percolation tests are to be done on each lot, a soil profile on every third lot, and minimum, sewage disposal area as- determined sdetermined by these tests is to be set aside for each lot for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division if required. 42 . This tentative division of land must meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 if used for residential development . 43 . The following notion is to be recorded on the final map. "The location of the required square foot sewage disposal field and the domestic well is to be approved by the Environmental Health Division at the time of the approval of the plot plan and shall meet the requirements of County Ordinance No. 549 and 1862 . " 44 . The Environmental Health Division has no conditions for the proposed division of land . STANDARD KENNEL CONDITIONS : 45 . Submit three ( 3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health Division for review prior to construction . The Environmental Health Division has specific requirements for kennel construction . 46 . Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. 47 . A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of the Environmental Health Division shall be available for washing food preparation equipment , bathing of animals , as well as washing down shelters and pens or dog runs . OIL OR CAS DRTLLING CONDITIONS : 48 . Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees . 49 . Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees . 50 . All unused or abandoned holes shall be filled with bentonite or other approved grout material as specified in Sari Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 and the surface left in its original condition.
