30 . Following evacuation, before the mobile homes can be <br /> returned to the park, the water well and distribution system <br /> must be properly chlorinated and a satisfactory water sample <br /> obtained. <br /> 31 . Sewage disposal eystem(s) must be inspected and operable <br /> before mobile homes can be reoccupied. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> 32 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air pollution <br /> permits . <br /> 33 . Submission of three (3) sets of detailed swimming pool plans <br /> to the Environmental Health Division for review and approval <br /> prior to beginning construction. <br /> 34 . Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 35 . Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage <br /> tank plans to the Environmental Health Division for review <br /> and approval prior to beginning construction . <br /> 36 . No trailers and/or mobile homes for the proposed park shall <br /> be occupied until all rules and regulations of the <br /> Environmental Health Division and the Safi Joaquin County <br /> Building Inspection Department have been met . <br /> 37 . An Environmental Health Permit for the facility will be <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division . <br /> LAND USE CONDITION. : <br /> 38 . The Environmental Health Division has no conditions to <br /> impose on the proposed reclassification petition . <br /> 39 . This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> Percolation test, 10 foot soil profile, and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required . <br /> 40 . This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> Percolation test and a sewage disposal area as determined by <br /> the percolation test is required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval . A permit for the percolation tests from <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required. <br />
