The parcel is currently <br /> outside of the District's boundary. Due to the lack of sanitary sewer capacity, the District is <br /> unable to serve your parcel with sanitary sewer service at this time, however, the District will <br /> serve your parcel for the proposed project of a truck parking facility (including repair shop) with <br /> water, storm drainage and streetlighting services after the parcel is annexed into the District, <br /> and all requirements and/or conditions outlined in this letter are satisfied. <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before Public Works can approve and <br /> initiate the annexation process for this project- <br /> 1. <br /> roject:1. Applicant shall submit a water and storm drain system analysis prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer to Public Works for review and approval. The analyses shall demonstrate <br /> that the existing District water and storm drain system has sufficient capacity to serve <br /> the proposed development and/or outline improvements necessary to meet the <br /> increased demand. <br /> 2. A letter from the County's Environmental Health Department, stating that an on-site <br /> septic system installation will be allowed to provide sanitary sewer service, shall be <br /> submitted to Public Works. <br /> Upon satisfaction of the above requirements, the following shall apply: <br /> 1. The annexation process is subject to the approval of the County's Board of Supervisors <br /> (Board) and Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo). Public Works will provide <br /> review and assistance with submitting your annexation application to LAFCo. Additional <br /> items may be requested by LAFCo during the process.
