Undine Road,Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On June 21, 2001, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved SA- <br /> 01-40 subjectto the enclosed Conditionsof Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on July 1, 2001.
