(DISTRICT 1). <br /> APPLICANT: Parex Inc. APN: 193-380-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Roth Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> Vallejo Court has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $616 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building as manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is $159 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as manufacturing.
