This Department will be notified immediately upon discovery of <br />any situation not addressed within the conditions of this <br />variance. <br />24. Any wastes not covered in this variance delivered to the <br />collection site that are determined to pose a danger to <br />human health and/or the environment may be accepted by the <br />event coordinators provided the wastes are properly handled <br />and disposed of as soon as possible. <br />The Department supports and commends the efforts made by San <br />Joaquin County to sponsor household hazardous waste collection <br />programs. <br />Should you have any question regarding this variance please <br />contact Denise Hume at (916) 324-1816. <br />Sincerely, <br />Mike Horner, Chief <br />State Regulatory Program Division <br />
