All participants shall remain in their vehicles during the <br />collection program. <br />Only trained personnel shall remove the waste from <br />participants' vehicles. All associated collection personnel, <br />contractors, and emergency response personnel who will be <br />handling hazardous waste are required to wear protective safety <br />clothing including footwear, eyewear and the appropriate <br />respiratory protective equipment. <br />Emergency response equipment with personnel trained in the <br />use of that equipment will be on site at all times during the <br />collection event. The name and phone number of the emergency <br />coordinator, alternate emergency coordinator, and the location <br />and telephone number of the local hospital with a route map shall <br />be clearly posted at the event. <br />All incompatible wastes shall be packaged separately and <br />prior to packaging be stored in separate areas. <br />SITE DECONTAMINATION <br />At the conclusion of the waste collection program, any areas <br />of the collection site contaminated with hazardous waste or waste <br />residues shall be decontaminated. <br />WASTE INVENTORY <br />An inventory shall be kept of all waste collected. All <br />transportation and disposal information shall be kept in <br />accordance with hazardous waste manifest requirements. <br />A summary of the collected inventory, and amount of all fees <br />collected shall be submitted to the Department within 60 calendar <br />days after completion of the collection program. A check shall <br />be submitted to the accounting unit of the Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control, for the amount equal to ten (10%) percent of <br />the total fees collected from all participants within 60 calendar <br />days after completion of the collection program. <br />CF 0TMT'PV <br />Security shall be provided at the collection location at all <br />times until the site has been decontaminated and all waste has <br />been removed. <br />INSURANCE <br />The agency sponsor has accepted the risk for this <br />agricultural chemical waste collection program. In addition to <br />its own liability coverage, the agency sponsor shall retain on <br />file for a period of three years, the contractor's proof of <br />insurance, contingency plan, and emergency procedures. <br />
