The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PACIFIC TOWING as of July13 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from May 16 , 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years . The missing receipt include : the 07/24/2019 disposal of 250 <br /> gallons of used oil <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Locate a copy of the receipts listed above . Maintain the records on -site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) . <br /> If the receipts cannot be found , provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . <br /> OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste containers were found on -site without an accumulation start date : <br /> 6 cans of paint was observed in a 20 foot container outside ( behind the shop) . Per owner Casey Haynes , the paint <br /> will be disposed as hazardous waste . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations . Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
