CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-2 <br /> FRANK BUDISELICH <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording the <br /> final map . <br /> 2. Connection to a public sewer system is required . <br /> 3 . A letter will be required from the sewer district stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the proposed p.roject <br /> prior to recording the final map. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . A roadway dedication is required on Lots 1 , 2 , and 4 <br /> conforming to the alignment of the adopted Specific Road <br /> Plan of Wilcox Road . <br /> 3 . The frontage improvements for Wilcox Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with its adopted Specific Road <br /> Plan. The construction of the frontage improvements in <br /> excess of the 36 foot strip discussed below , may be deferred <br /> at the option of the Department of Public Works , in which <br /> event the owners shall execute a Deferred Frontage <br /> Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement <br /> Plans and approval of the Parcel Map. In lieu of full <br /> frontage improvement , the center 36 foot of Wilcox Road <br /> shall be constructed on frontage of all parcels abutting <br /> Wilcox Road to Highway 88. <br /> 4 . All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All Improvement Plans and Specifications must <br /> be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 5 . If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Parcel Map , the subdivider shall <br /> execute an Agreement with the County of San Joaquin ensuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year after <br /> filing the Parcel Map . <br /> I <br /> I <br />
