MS-89-2 <br /> August 12 , 1988 <br /> Page Two <br /> 6 . A terminal drainage system including detention pond and pump <br /> enhancement shall be provided according to the Master Plan <br /> System 9J and shall meet the requirements of the County and <br /> to provide adequate drainage for the improvements <br /> (development ) . The acceptance or approval by the County of <br /> the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his <br /> engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate <br /> drainage system. <br /> 7 . A public water system shall be provided conforming to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works . The system shall provide adequate water <br /> supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance <br /> to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local <br /> Fire District . <br /> 8. The public sewer system shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works . The existing sewer treatment <br /> plant will require expansion to provide for additional <br /> sewage flow. Applicant shall provide Treatment Plant <br /> Expansion Study and enter into an Agreement to participate <br /> in an Area of Benefit or other funding mechanism to insure <br /> his proportional share of treatment plant modification <br /> costs . <br /> 9 . County Service Area No. 15 shall be expanded prior to the <br /> acceptance of the Parcel Map to provide for the operation , <br /> maintenance , and improvement of storm drainage system, <br /> sanitary system and street lighting. <br /> 10 . The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 15 prior <br /> to acceptance of the Parcel Map to provide for the operation <br /> and maintenance of storm drainage system, sanitary system <br /> and street lighting. <br /> 11 . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay County Service <br /> Area fees for the utility services from the time the <br /> improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the <br /> Fiscal Year , or up to a one ( 1 ) year period , as the case may <br /> be. <br /> 12. Street lighting shall be provided along the frontage of Lots <br /> 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 . <br /> 13 . All utilities shall be underground . Easement for utilities <br /> shall be provided as required by the public utility <br /> companies . <br />
