2.5 Site Personnel <br />Site personnel shall perform site operations, work in designated areas, and observe all applicable <br />guidelines in the Health and Safety Plan. The site personnel shall be responsible for the following: <br />♦ Report work-related injuries or illnesses to their supervisors immediately, regardless of severity. <br />Use personal protective equipment and safety devices, which have been provided for use in <br />performing work assignments, and replace or repair defective equipment items and parts. <br />Report defective equipment immediately to the supervisor, such as a safeguard or safety device, <br />which is not operational or is missing. <br />♦ Report unsafe or dangerous conditions in the work -site to the supervisor. <br />♦ Follow the HASP guidelines in addition to the standard operating procedures for specific work <br />tasks. <br />Conduct self in a professional and responsible manner while at the work -site. <br />rd <br />
