4.0 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br />The Operations and Contingency Plan describes each job function, as well as the required personal <br />protective equipment. <br />The minimum standard personal protective equipment for all workers entering the exclusion zone is as <br />follows: <br />1. Standard Tyvek coveralls. <br />2. Steel -toed safety shoes. <br />3. Nitrile or PVC coated chemical resistant gloves worn over inner cotton or nitrile gloves. <br />4. ANSI Z.87 safety glasses with side -shields. <br />5. Optional full face -shields and chemical resistant apron may be worn during bulking <br />operations. <br />Follow established safety procedures when bulking liquids (refer to the Operations and Contingency Plan) <br />0 <br />
