The underlying project is Use Permit PA-2100295 to develop a <br />92,400-square-foot building: 80,000 square-feet for agricultural processing, packing, storage, and distribution with a 12,400 <br />square-foot roof overhang. The Community Development Department is requiring the applicant to amend the GP map <br />designation for this Use Permit. <br /> <br />This parcel was a part of the General Plan Update landowner requests for changes to GP map designations. This resulted <br />in the GP map designation being amended from A/G to I/T in 2016. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract. <br /> <br />The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is I/T (Truck <br />Terminals). <br /> <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of E. State Route 12, one mile east of State Route 99, <br />Lodi. (APN/Address: 049-120-04 / 6550 E. State Route 12, Lodi) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br />Development Department no later than June 13, 2022.
