COMPLAINANT ALLEGES <br /> THAT WHEN THEY RECEIVED THEIR FOOD,THE PLATES WERE FILTHY, STICKY WITH OLD GREASE AND DIRT. <br /> COMPLAINANT RAN THEIR FINGER ACROSS THE PLATE AND THEIR FINGER WAS BLACK FROM THE DIRT AND <br /> CAKED ON GREASE. THE FLOOR LOOKED AS THOUGH IT HADN'T BEEN MOPPED IN MONTHS,AND THE KITCHEN <br /> LOOKED A MESS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility is running out of bleach. No sanitizer on site. Sanitizing solution in the sanitizing compartment <br /> has chlorine zero ppm. Corrected on site. Operator brings bleach during my inspection. Sanitizing compartment has chlorine <br /> at 100 ppm now. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Clean hood filters today and as needed. <br /> Exterior surfaces of the cooking equipment, rotisserie machine, cooling unit at the cooking area, have grease accumulation <br /> and splatters.
