DESIGNATED REMAINDER is a proposed <br />development consisting of the construction of the base infrastructure and grading of a basin for the <br />North Crossroads Business Center. <br />The DESIGNATED REMAINDER site is located on E. Louise Avenue, west of 7th Street/S. <br />Howland Street in Lathrop, California. A location map is provided below. <br />
