The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for STOCKTON FOOD AND GAS as of December02, 2022 . <br /> Open violations from June 29, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #202 - Failure to retain a paper or electronic copy of the permit to operate at the facility . <br /> OBSERVATION: A copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br /> retained at the facility . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately obtain a copy of the permit and retain it on site . <br /> /This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included t01 <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : 1 V fi �t "rl✓� V."i )0/ t <br /> tiolattion # - Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 <br /> s. <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. The <br /> monitoring system certification records for 2019 and 2020 were not available on site . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years .
