SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />5/25/2022 <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />[D�teALL <br />VALLEY PACKING, INC. <br />17495 S SEIDNER RD, ESCALON <br />24, 2022 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />5 <br />HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 400 gallons of propane was found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />12 <br />HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the HMBP readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />OBSERVATION: Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information upon <br />request./Employees do not have access to the Emergency Response Plan and the inventory information on-site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required <br />by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended <br />and replaces the initial report.
