Grant Line Rd., Tracy CA 95377 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental health Department(EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST)system at the above <br /> noted address: <br /> • Convert the existing 91 gasoline tank to 87 gasoline <br /> • Install siphon piping to connect the existing three gasoline tanks <br /> • Replace the vent sump <br /> • Replace the vent sump sensor <br /> • Replace all under dispenser containment sumps(UDCs) <br /> • Replace all UDC liquid sensors <br /> • Install brine sensors in all UDCs <br /> • Replace the existing monitoring panel <br /> • Install a second monitoring panel <br /> • On the existing additive tank only: <br /> o Replace the product and vent piping outside the sump <br /> • On the existing three gasoline tanks only <br /> o Replace the annular sensors <br /> o Replace the turbine sumps <br /> o Install brine sensors in the turbine sumps <br /> o Replace all product piping <br /> o Replace the leak detectors <br /> o Replace the spill containers <br /> o Replace the overfill flappers <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 1868 E.
