Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the <br /> component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced <br /> 6. Individuals installing underground storage tank system components must possessor work under <br /> the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who <br /> possesses all of the following: <br /> a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board <br /> b. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (]CC) <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component($) being <br /> installed <br /> 7. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http:tfcers.calepa.ca.gov/and ensure all UST information is current. <br /> 8. The tank owner or operator shall log into CERS and complete and submit a UST Certification of <br /> Installation/Modification for the piping and sumps installed within 30 days of installation. <br /> 9. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR)Title 23, Chapter 16,Table B for a complete list. <br /> 10. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
