(113947-113947.1)Any food handler hired after June 1, <br /> 2011 shall obtain a Food Handler Card within 30 days(113948). <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Watery soap was available at kitchen hand sinks and public restroom hand sink. Two containers of new <br /> pump soap bottles were available on site and were placed at hand sinks. Provide nonwatered down liquid soap at all hand <br /> sinks today. <br /> The prep area hand sink was blocked by a trash can and there was a tray in the sink. Per manager the tray was there to <br /> catch water because the pipe was leaking. Hand washing facilities must be accessible for hand washing at all times. <br /> Relocate trash can today,tray was removed from sink. <br /> The paper towel dispensers in the employee and public restrooms were empty. Provide paper towels in dispensers today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing,food preparation and the washing of <br /> utensils and equipment.
