Item No. 5 <br /> PC: 3-19-87 <br /> SU-87-7 <br /> Page 5 <br /> Traffic Circulation: <br /> Access to the proposed subdivision would be provided by Augusta <br /> Street, which is designated as a major collector, and by Kirst <br /> Drive, a proposed minor interior street. Augusta Street has an <br /> existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> To address the issue of proper vehicular circulation in the <br /> Woodbridge community, the Department of Public Works is <br /> requiring that the subdivider pay $2 ,000 per acre for the <br /> construction of the proposed Chestnut Street Bridge across the <br /> Woodbridge Irrigation Canal and the Chestnut Street extension <br /> roadway improvements. The subdivider has already signed a <br /> separate agreement with the County to pay such fees. <br /> FACILITIES/SERVICES: <br /> Water Supply: <br /> The project is proposed to be served by the Mokelumne Acres <br /> Maintenance District . A public water system will be provided <br /> and will include fire hydrants for fire protection. <br /> Sewage Disposal: <br /> Sanitary sewer service is proposed to be provided by the <br /> Woodbridge Sanitary District. As a condition of approval, the <br /> Local Health District is requiring a letter from the Woodbridge <br /> Sanitary District stating that the sewer district has the capa- <br /> city for the proposed project and that the sewer district will <br /> be able to meet the waste discharge requirements of the <br /> Regional Water Quality Board as a result of servicing the pro- <br /> posed development. <br /> Storm Drainage• <br /> Storm drainage service is proposed to be provided by the <br /> Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District . Public Works is <br /> requiring the installation of a terminal drainage system, <br /> acceptable to the County, in order to provide adequate drainage <br /> for the development. The subdivider will also be required to <br /> pay storm drainage fees to specific areas of benefit <br /> established for .the •Woodbridge community prior to final map <br /> approval. <br />
