A public water system shall be provided conforming to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The system shall provide fire <br /> hydrants for fire protection in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Woodbridge <br /> Rural Fire Protection District. <br /> 1 . The public sewer system shall be constructed in confor- <br /> mance with the requirements of the Local Health District, <br /> the Department of Public Works, and the Woodbridge <br /> Sanitary District . <br /> J . Street lighting shall be provided for the development and <br /> for August Street . <br /> Y <br /> k. All utilities within the .propo sed subdivision and along <br /> the subdivided side of Augusta Street shall be <br /> underground. <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. A letter will be required from the sewer district stating <br /> that they have the capacity for the proposed project and <br /> that the increased load will not violate the waste <br /> discharge requirements of the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board. <br /> b. A letter from the water supplier will also be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity and that the system <br /> meets State standards. . <br /> v <br /> c. Any existing"wells or septic tanks will have to be <br /> destroyed under permit and inspection of the Local Health <br /> District . <br /> 4 . Woodbridge Rural Fire Protection District : <br /> a. Water Supply: The required fire flow shall be 1500 <br /> gallons per minute for a duration of two hours ,minlmum. <br /> Residual water pressure of 20 psi is required during flow. <br /> b. Water Mains: The minimum size of the mains shall be eight <br /> inches. The system shall be installed so that a single <br /> break in any feature of the supply works will not prevent <br /> delivery of maximum daily consumption, plus standard fire <br /> flows. Sufficient valves shall be provided so that no <br /> single accident breakage or repair will necessitate <br /> shutting down a length of pipe greater than 800 feet . <br />
