SA-01-50 OF FRANK ALEGRE <br /> (C/O MARK BORGES) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application to use 3.5 acres <br /> of a 30-acre parcel for the parking and storage of vehicles used in the gas and electric utility <br /> industry. The site will also have a 1,200 square foot portable office, two cargo containers and <br /> storage areas. <br /> The project site is located on the south side of State Route 12 approximately 1,620 feet west <br /> of Ray Road, west of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-50 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval wiil expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and <br /> (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those <br /> Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other <br /> ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
