If you fail to respond by the date noted, a new <br /> application along with applicable fees will be required. <br /> All mobilehome permits approved after April 23 , 1990 are subject to <br /> Traffic Mitigation Impact Fees. All mobilehome permits approved <br /> after July 7, 1991 may be subject to Water Impact Mitigation Fees. <br /> Please contact the Department of Public Works at 468-3000 if you have <br /> any questions regarding these fees. <br /> If you have any questions regarding the renewal of this mobilehome <br /> permit, please call our office at 468-3120 .
