Roth Road, French Camp) <br /> This is to notify you that on September 1, 1993, the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department approved the above-referenced Time Extension application subject to the enclosed Conditions <br /> of Approval. Interested persons who wish to contest this action may file an appeal with the Community <br /> Development Department. The ten-day appeal period will expire on September 11, 1993, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> If this date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day. <br /> If no appeal is filed, the action will become final at that time. The new approval expiration date is June <br /> 20, 1994. <br /> Please be advised that, unless otherwise specified in the Conditions of Approval, you must fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval prior to establishment of the use or issuance of building permits. Issuance of this approval letter was also made possible by your decision to respect the City of <br /> Lathrop's 110-foot right-of-way width when planning future development on the site. <br /> For your convenience, a copy of the Improvement Plan Handout is enclosed.
