State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain nay underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> C. The well must repaired or properly destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. The <br /> existing well shown on the Tentative Parcel Map cannot be <br /> located. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> e. Provide bottled water for drinking and disconnect the <br /> hose from the adjacent property. <br /> f. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> g. If hazardous material is stored on site, the applicant <br /> must register with the County office of Emergency <br /> Services. <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b.
