CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-9 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> If there is no building permit required, the fee will be <br /> exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon <br /> payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of the building permit application. (The fees currently <br /> are $1, 043 . 00 per 1, 000 gross foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing" and $2 , 603 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square of <br /> building as "Office" in the Stockton area. If there is <br /> no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) . (Resolution R-90-304 <br /> C. The frontage improvement for Roth Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance withthe standards for one-half <br /> of a 60-foot right-of-way Industrial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A <br /> $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate and legal description shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . As an option <br /> the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing <br /> and estimate for an additional fee of $100. 00) . (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-2143 <br /> d. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right. (Streets and Highway Title Section 10- <br /> 3103) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br />
