The project site is located 3500 feet east of North Duncan Road, on the
south side of East State Highway 26 cast of Stockton in Linden.
Caltrans has reviewed the application and has the following colrlments:
1. More information regarding the operational hours and peak Dour counts for patronage
is requested.
2. It is suggested that there be no parking at the bar on the side along State Highway 26
to maintain a proper and safe site distance.
3. Provide adequate street lighting to improve pedestrian visibility and safety.
4. An Encroachment Permit will be required for any work done within the State Right of
Way.
We suggest that the county continue to coordinate and consult with Caltrans to identify
and address potential cumulative transportation impacts that may occur from this project
and other developments near this geographical location. This will assist us in ensuring
that traffic safety and quality standards are maintained for the traveling public on existing
and future state transportation facilities.
'Caltrans impruvcs moboy across California'
